GENERAL EVENT INFO

  • We’re so excited for Spirit of Japan Denver 2026!  Vendors will line both sides of Larimer Street (Savory Street), and unique and delicious spirits from across Japan will line 19th Street (Spirit Alley)!  We are thrilled to feature spirits and food from the Japanese prefecture of YAMAGATA this year!

Additionally, our ticketing process has been improved!  Entry tickets are available in advance and day of/at the event WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!  Food, spirit, and beverage sales are all available a la carte from each vendor i.e. pay at each booth with a credit card (preferred) or cash.  No more waiting in line for food tickets!

  • Spirit of Japan will feature live music by DJs and cultural performers. A full entertainment schedule will be posted at the event.

  • Spirit of Japan is presented by Sakura Foundation in partnership with SP-RING USA, which is based in California.

  • YES - a full schedule will be posted here before the event.

TICKETS + ENTRY

  • All guests must purchase an admission ticket in advance or the day of the event, while supplies last – this event has sold out the last two years! For the safety of our guests, all adult attendees will be carded and will receive a wristband.  Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID.

In addition, staggered entry times will be offered with multiple entrance lines at the corner of 19th and Larimer Streets at Sakura Square in downtown Denver. This efficient process keeps the energy flowing and the flavors fresh! Guests are encouraged to arrive on or shortly after their self-selected entry time to enjoy the full Spirit of Japan experience. All tickets are valid for the entry time through the end of the event that day. An Express Lane for those with no bags to check will be available.

  • Kids age 10 and under will be admitted for free, while those age 11 and older will need a ticket to enter the event.

  • Yes, as long as we have not sold out!  Advanced ticket purchase is strongly encouraged as the event is expected to sell out as it has for the past two years. Please check the website for ticket availability if you are planning to purchase tickets the day of the event or on-site.

  • You should request a refund via Humanitix and put your reason as “requesting a new session.” Humanitix will refund your ticket and you’ll be able to re-purchase the correct session, as long as there is availability.
