Rokkasen uses approximately 98% of the rice produced in Yamagata, Japan, which allows you to brew sake that gives you a feel of Yamagata's climate.

Kinokuniya Bunzaemon “Junmai Ginjo”, with Hondaya's label design. Winner of multiple awards for being an exceptional sake, layered flavor, and expansive, thanks to the work of two famous sake rices, Omachi and Yamadanishiki.

Shichi Hon Yari Junmai

This sake is made at the 3rd oldest brewery in Japan, the Tomita Brewery, which was founded in the 1540's. Dried mushroom on the nose; viscous and creamy in weight and texture; bright grapefruit notes on palate; crisp finish.

We are looking for volunteers to join Spirit of Japan Denver 2024! We have a variety of fun volunteer opportunities available. Please complete the form below and we will be in touch via email.

3-5 different food values, (each food purchase needs 2-4 tickets; water, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages needs 1-2 tickets).

As of August 8th, we had to change our VIP experience. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the VIP lounge is no longer available. However, we have a new package “VIP Spirits Package” with 15 food tickets (4-7 food value) and access to exclusive and premium sake, spirits, cocktails included.
