In Masuho, which prospered through the Fujikawa River's water transport industry, its brewery has been brewing delicious sake for 230 years, using water from the local spring and rice grown in the area with a passion for bringing out the umami flavor of rice in our sake.
Rokkasen
Rokkasen 5-dan Jikomi, Rokkasen Chokarakuchi
Rokkasen uses approximately 98% of the rice produced in Yamagata, Japan, which allows you to brew sake that gives you a feel of Yamagata's climate.

Kinokuniya Bunzaemon “Junmai Ginjo”
Kinokuniya Bunzaemon “Junmai Ginjo”, with Hondaya's label design. Winner of multiple awards for being an exceptional sake, layered flavor, and expansive, thanks to the work of two famous sake rices, Omachi and Yamadanishiki.
Tomita
Shichi Hon Yari Junmai
This sake is made at the 3rd oldest brewery in Japan, the Tomita Brewery, which was founded in the 1540's. Dried mushroom on the nose; viscous and creamy in weight and texture; bright grapefruit notes on palate; crisp finish.
Wakaze
Classic, Yuzu
Crafted in France according to Japanese traditions. The brewery respects tradition while breaking convention, using French ingredients and innovative techniques in their sakes.
Flamingo Orange, Cool Mint Green, Sunny Cream (all Imo Shochu)
Japanese Imo Shochu can be enjoyed on rock but also goes great with soda/sparkling water.

Rd to Osaka Tokub Nigori
This cloudy “nigori” sake will transport you to Osaka and the Daimon brewery where they have been crafting fresh, lively sake for six generations.
A Thousand Cranes, White Lotus
Located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Origami Sake is nestled amidst the Ouachita Mountains, sourcing its famous mineral water. Using 100% Arkansas-grown rice varieties selected for quality and character, every bottle reflects sustainability commitment from farm to bottle.
